Chris Fabricant, of the Innocence Project, a noted speaker on the intersection of science, law reform, and social justice, will present at the 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uri.edu\/news\/2023\/09\/uris-forensic-science-seminar-series-marks-25-years\/\"> Forensic Science Seminar Series<\/a> on <strong>Friday, Dec. 8<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The series is marking its 25th year this year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabricant leads the Innocence Project\u2019s Strategic Litigation Department, which develops and executes national litigation and public policy strategies to address the leading causes of wrongful conviction, including eyewitness misidentification, the misapplication of forensic sciences and false confessions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is one of the United States\u2019s leading experts on forensic science and scientific litigation. A former longtime public defender and law professor, Fabricant frequently serves as a public speaker on legal reform issues and is widely published in both legal scholarship and in mainstream media.
