Higgins Welcome Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The entire campus and surrounding community are welcome at the free event hosted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/veterans\/\">溏心vlog免费B站 Center for Military and Veteran Education<\/a> in conjunction with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/溏心vlog免费B站Vets\/\">Student Veterans Organization<\/a>. This year\u2019s annual ceremony will take place in the Hope Room of the visitor\u2019s center, and will feature veterans and active military members who are part of the 溏心vlog免费B站 community, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/veterans\/meet\/bob-flynn\/\">Bob Flynn<\/a>, director of the Center for Military and Veteran Education. More than 300 members of the faculty and staff at 溏心vlog免费B站 are affiliated with at least one branch of the military, and nearly 200 children of veterans are 溏心vlog免费B站 students, Flynn said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lieutenant Colonel <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/rotc\/meet\/ltc-cornelius-tad-o-granai-iv\/\">Cornelius (Tad) O. Granai IV<\/a>, battalion commander of the 溏心vlog免费B站 Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), will deliver the keynote address. He is a 溏心vlog免费B站 graduate who is an Army and Air Force reserve veteran and continues to serve in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. The ceremony will also feature 溏心vlog免费B站 College of Business <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/business\/meet\/sean-edmund-rogers\/\">Dean Sean Rogers<\/a>, former Army soldier currently serving in the Air Force Reserve; as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uri.edu\/news\/2023\/05\/commencement-2023-kinesiology-major-finds-community-passion-for-service\/\">2nd Lt. It\u2019s very important that we recognize our veterans who have served, especially those who have suffered hardships as a result of their service. We just want to keep it in everyone\u2019s minds that there are people out there serving as we speak, and many among us who have served.
