Providence, R.I.,\u2014 June 10, 2020 \u2014 Beginning in the fall, the 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s School of Professional and Continuing Studies, at the Feinstein Providence Campus, is offering a new bachelor of science degree in professional leadership studies.<\/p>\n
This degree is designed for individuals who want to advance into, or thrive within, administration and leadership roles. It will prepare students with the knowledge and practical skills to effectively lead their institutions and communities with the critical thinking and strategic decision making needed for today\u2019s organizational challenges.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe economic, environmental, and social challenges of the times require new approaches to the ways we operate and lead our professional organizations,\u201d said R. Anthony Rolle, dean of the College of Education and Professional Studies. \u201cAs we move toward shifting these obstacles into opportunities, leaders will need new \u2013 and innovative \u2013 knowledge-based skillsets designed to better understand current systems; evaluate and execute potential improvements; and, manage both personnel and organizational politics to navigate successful implementations.\u201d<\/p>\n
In this program, students will develop sets of practices to solve tough problems, manage diverse projects, learn procedures to enhance leadership skills, and gain the tactical abilities such as budgeting and finance, and technical writing, to excel in all aspects of organizational leadership.<\/p>\n
