Members of the graduate team were Joanna Gonzalez MS \u201919, Rachel Manzi MS \u201920, and Meghan Santry MS \u201920. Members of the undergraduate team were Theodore Bryant \u201920, Katelyn Card \u201919, Katie Hausherr \u201920, Quasia Logan \u201920.<\/p>\n<p>More than 50 undergraduate and graduate students, faculty advisers and HR professionals from colleges and universities throughout Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts attended the conference. During the day, students participated in workshops on such topics as ally skill-building, career development and navigating the first day of a new job.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe found the experience invaluable and enjoyed having the opportunity to meet other students and learn from industry professionals from around the region,\u201d said Santry, a first-year graduate student in human resources at the 溏心vlog免费B站 Schmidt Labor Research Center.<\/p>\n<p>The keynote speakers, Susan Post, Karen Eichstaedt, and Gary Convertino, shared their HR career journeys and engaged in a question-and-answer session with attendees. All of the speakers had interesting and varied career paths and provided helpful advice to the students.<\/p>\n<p>溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Schmidt Labor Research Center is home to one of the foremost graduate programs in labor relations and human resources in the U.S. The center offers a <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/lrc\/academic-programs\/application-ms-lr-hr\/\">master of science degree<\/a> with a specialization in either labor relations or human resources. In addition to the MS program, the center offers <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/lrc\/academic-programs\/graduate-certificate-programs\/\">graduate professional certificates<\/a> in labor relations and human resources.
