KINGSTON, R.I.\u2014Feb. 8, 2017 \u2013The 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s annual Landscape Architecture Lecture Series will continue this month with a talk by a nationally recognized Florida landscape architect.<\/p>\n
Kona A. Gray, principal of EDSA of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will talk about \u201cGlobal Design: The Future of Landscape Architecture.\u2019\u2019 His talk will begin at 7 p.m. Feb. 16 in the Richard E. Beaupre Center for Chemical and Forensic Sciences, Room 105A, 140 Flagg Road, on 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Kingston campus.<\/p>\n
That talk\u2014as well as the others\u2014are free and open to the public. All talks are on Thursdays and start at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are very fortunate to have a landscape architect of Kona\u2019s stature visit 溏心vlog免费B站,\u2019\u2019 says William A. Green, a professor in 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Department of Landscape Architecture. \u201cHe was a critical planner and participant in the Landscape Summit, a 50-year anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Concern that was held in Philadelphia in June and sought to redefine the profession and its key issues for the 21st<\/sup> century.\u201d<\/p>\n Gray has experience in many areas of planning and landscape architecture, ranging from large-scale planning to detailed site design with an emphasis on hospitality and campus-related projects.<\/p>\n He has a bachelor degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia and has won numerous landscape architecture awards, mostly for his work in Florida.<\/p>\n The other talks are:<\/p>\n * March 23,\u00a0Tara Vincenta, principal, Artemis of Bridgeport, Conn.
