KINGSTON, R.I.-December 7, 2016- During the last month, various chapters within 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s fraternity and sorority communities have been preparing for what is to be the most impressive holiday lighting competition put on by the Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, and the Fraternity Manager\u2019s Association.<\/p>\n
Since late October, lighting committees have been formed and meeting regularly to plan for this year’s competition. With trophies, Greek Week points, and most importantly bragging rights at stake, we can expect Fraternity Circle to be buzzing with holiday spirit on the day of this years lighting, Sun., Dec. 11, from 4 to 6 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. Guests can park in the Keaney Gymnasium lot, 75 Keaney Road, Kingston, R.I.<\/p>\n
All of the houses in Fraternity Circle will be decorated for the holidays and the fraternities and sororities invite members of the local community to come listen to music, judge the lights, and engage in games and arts and crafts. The event is free but donations of new, unwrapped toys are being accepted and will be sent to the 溏心vlog免费B站 Police Department for their annual holiday toy drive.<\/p>\n
For the second annual competition, there will be three different categories that each house is judged on. Best lighting, best activity, and kids choice. Each chapter participating is hoping to engage the local community and help collect toys to be redistributed to those who need them this holiday season. The fraternities and sororities are looking forward to sharing their holiday spirit with all who attend this weekend.<\/p>\n
