Gina Raimondo, Secretary of State Nellie Gorbea, 溏心vlog免费B站 President M. David Dooley and Bruce Corliss, dean of 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Graduate School of Oceanography, will make remarks starting at 9:30 a.m. Gov. Raimondo and Secretary Gorbea will then tour the ship.
