The &#8220;hands-on&#8221; class begins with the basics of web page design and concludes with the students creating their own WWW-based lessons.&#13; Topics include the advantages of WWW-based lessons, page and site layout consideration, design techniques, and instruction in creating a web-based lesson. Course instructors are 溏心vlog免费B站 Graduate School of Oceanography outreach scientists Dr. Robert Pockalny and Christopher Knowlton.&#13; The course is designed primarily for teachers who have completed the Rhode Island Teachers and Technology Program and can bring their own laptop computers received through the program. A limited number of computers are available for other teachers. Internet connections will be available for participants to connect their laptops. &#13; The fee for &#8220;Basic Web Page Design for Educators&#8221; is $130 per person for the non-credit option. A for-credit option is also available.
