The awards will be presented during Alumni Weekend in June.&#13; Individuals who wish to nominate alumni for the awards must provide: the name of the nominee, the individual&#8217;s year of graduation, address, achievement in a specific field.  The phone number of the individual making the nomination should be included. Twenty copies of that information, along with any supporting documentation, resumes, and\/or news clippings, should also be submitted to the committee. The information will help the committee with its decisions.
