Any adult student, whether new or returning, is eligible to apply. The application deadline is April 20. &#13;  \tA stipulation of the scholarship is that the student is required to perform 30 hours of community service. The college can provide assistance in locating community service opportunities for students who do not have specific organizations in mind.&#13;  \tSo far, the college has awarded Feinstein scholarships totaling nearly $300,000 this academic year.
