Both are free and open to the public.&#13; \tThe photographic exhibit, entitled &#8220;The Bay that Binds Us: the History and Environment of Narragansett Bay,&#8221; is the work of noted Rhode Island photographer Salvatore Mancini, whose black and white images focus on the recreational, industrial, transportation and other uses for Narragansett Bay.  His work is supported by grants from the R.I. Committee for the Humanities, the R.I. Council on the Arts, the R.I.
