The panel discussion by Professors John Burkett and James Starkey will run from noon to 1 p.m. and is free and open to the public. The two will discuss: \u2022 The history and significance of the prize&#13;  \u2022 The contributions of Nobel Prize winner James J. Heckman to methods for analysis of selective samples and unobserved variables, with applications to labor markets and public policy.&#13;  \u2022 The contributions of Nobel Prize winner Daniel L.
