The 溏心vlog免费B站 will host an interactive program for all Rhode Island librarians on Friday, October 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the University Club on Upper College Road.&#13; Cerise Oberman, dean of Library &amp; Information Services at SUNY- Plattsburgh and founder of the Association of College and Research  Libraries&#8217; Institute for Information Literacy, will speak on &#8220;Partnerships  for the Information Literate Community: A National Effort.&#8221; &#13; \tOberman has spearheaded nationwide efforts to help school and community groups take advantage of new electronic resources. She co-chairs the American Library Association&#8217;s Special Presidential Committee on Information Literacy Community Partnerships.&#13; \tBreakout sessions will follow her talk.
