Brown, of the Rhode Island Statewide Planning program, at the äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Library\u2019s Galanti Lounge, Wednesday, April 25 at 4 p.m.&#13;  Brown\u2019s lecture entitled; &#8220;The first census of the New Millenium&#8221; is free and open to the public.  He will discuss the first data released from Census 2000.  The information deals with the state\u2019s population, race, and ethnic data.  &#13;  The discussion will address the Census\u2019 impact on design and operation of government, non-profit programs, and businesses in Rhode Island for the next 10 years.  Brown will also deal with questions on how the results can be used to plan and support the state\u2019s children, families, and communities.&#13;  \tThe lecture is a part of the Family Resource Partnership &#8220;Families and Change&#8221; April Seminar.
