Col. Michael Papadopoulos.  Many deserving cadets will be recognized and rewarded for their excellence in several areas from leadership to academics to physical fitness to volunteer community service.  &#13;<\/p>\n<p>One of the highlights of the evening will be the presentation of a saber handcrafted in Germany to the top cadet whose name will be etched on the blade. The saber is given in honor of Parker Cramer, 溏心vlog免费B站 \u201959, the namesake of the battalion. A member of Cramer\u2019s family will present the saber and its scabbard. &#13;<\/p>\n<p>A reception with refreshments will follow the ceremony.  &#13;<\/p>\n<p>For Information: Master Sgt. Carl R.
