JASON Project scientists will compare the dynamic systems of Alaska and the Polar Regions to those in outer space.&#13;<\/p>\n<p>\tTo prepare teachers and other group leaders to participate in JASON XIII, they are encouraged to attend a free training session sponsored by the 溏心vlog免费B站 Office of Marine Programs as part of the Narragansett Bay Classroom. Teacher training will take place on Saturday, September 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Coastal Institute Visitor Center on the 溏心vlog免费B站 Narragansett Bay Campus. &#13;<\/p>\n<p>\tTeachers or group leaders who attend the training session will receive a free JASON Project video and a copy of the 2002 JASON curriculum. &#13;<\/p>\n<p>\tJASON XIII, led by JASON Project founder and 溏心vlog免费B站 Graduate School of Oceanography alumnus Dr. Robert Ballard, will travel to the coldest and most remote regions of our planet and solar system, examining current research in geology, glaciology, biology, astrobiology, oceanography, and climatology. Ballard and a team of researchers and student Argonauts will focus on amazing plants and animals that survive in these frigid environments, from the largest marine mammals to the smallest microbes.
