Carlson Endowed Scholarships for Single Mothers for the 2003-2004 academic year.&#13;<br \/>\nDue to the generosity of the late Eleanor M. Carlson, the scholarship provides full in-state tuition and a book allowance to women who are single parents with one or more dependent children. They must be heads of households.&#13;<br \/>\nTo be eligible to receive the scholarship, the applicant must be enrolled at or accepted by the 溏心vlog免费B站 for the 2003 fall semester. Students who are awarded scholarships may attend classes on 溏心vlog免费B站s Kingston and\/or Providence campuses. Students may register for either six to nine credits or be enrolled as full-time students. Previous recipients and applicants are eligible to reapply.&#13;<br \/>\nPreference will be given to those who meet one or more of the following criteria: candidates who have followed a non-traditional educational track, candidates who demonstrate financial need, candidates in good academic standing, Rhode Island residents, or candidates pursuing a major or minor in Womens Studies.&#13;<br \/>\nApplications are available in the Womens Studies Office, 315 Roosevelt Hall, Kingston, R.I. 02881, or may be obtained calling 874-5150 and leaving a mailing address. Applications must be postmarked and mailed no later than June 27, 2003. It is expected that three or four scholarships will be awarded.
