\nPROVIDENCE, R.I. — May 20, 2003 — Families, friends, and alumni gathered at the
\n 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Feinstein Providence Campus last month to honor the 2003 Alpha Sigma Lambda , Epsilon Rho Chapter inductees in its annual initiation ceremony. Alpha Sigma Lambda is a national honor society for nontraditional students who achieve academic excellence while handling life\u2019s competing responsibilities. John H. McCray, Jr., vice provost of urban programs at the campus, gave opening remarks. <\/p>\n

\tFrederick Meli, a professor as well as a former 溏心vlog免费B站 continuing education student and honor society member, was the recipient of the Dr. Gilbert Mongeau award. The Mongeau Award is presented annually to a faculty or staff member who has displayed a sincere dedication to the success of Feinstein-CCE students. The late Mongeau was a 溏心vlog免费B站\/CCE professor and CCE student. He was a strong advocate for adult students; and with the assistance of then Dean Walter Crocker, established Alpha Sigma Lambda at 溏心vlog免费B站\/CCE in 1982. <\/p>\n
