Twilight of the Golds will be presented Dec. 6 and 7 at 8 p.m. in the Paff Auditorium of the college, located at 80 Washington St. It is free and open to the public. The play, produced by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc., concludes 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s semester-long Honors Colloquium &#8220;Genetic Technology and Public Policy in the New Millennium.&#8221; &#13;<\/p>\n<p>Set against a backdrop of Wagner\u2019s epic The Ring of the Nibelung, the play documents the destruction of the Gold family as the adult daughter discovers information about her unborn child through genetic testing which ultimately unravels the fabric of the entire family.  The play is directed and designed by Steven Pennell of Cranston, artist-in-residence at 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Providence Campus. &#13;<\/p>\n<p>Featured in the performance are Bob Colonna of Providence, a lifelong fixture on the local theatre scene; Elaine Foster Perry of Cranston, professor emerita from the Rhode Island College Department of Music, Theatre and Dance; Vince Petronio of Coventry, a local actor and a member of 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Communication Studies faculty; Carol Schlink of Providence, local theatre teacher and actress; and Frank Toti of Cranston, a local actor.&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Major sponsors for the colloquium series are 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Honors Program, The 溏心vlog免费B站 Foundation, Theta Chi Fraternity, The Providence Journal, the Rhode Island Committee for the Humanities, the Joan Irvine Smith and Athalie R.
