The discussion is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tA public interest lawyer for more than 25 years, Quigley has served as legal counsel for a variety of public interest cases relating to housing, voting rights, living wage, and civil liberties. He has represented the NAACP Legal Defense &amp; Educational Fund and the ACLU of Louisiana, advised the Human Rights Watch and the Rockefeller Foundation, and chaired the Louisiana Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tMajor sponsors of the colloquium include Edward W.
