{"id":70429,"date":"2004-09-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2004-09-24T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uri.edu\/news-draft\/uncategorized\/uri-feinstein-providence-campus-gallery-features-big-nazo-alive\/"},"modified":"2004-09-24T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2004-09-24T00:00:00","slug":"uri-feinstein-providence-campus-gallery-features-big-nazo-alive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uri.edu\/news\/2004\/09\/uri-feinstein-providence-campus-gallery-features-big-nazo-alive\/","title":{"rendered":"溏心vlog免费B站 Feinstein Providence Campus Gallery features BIG NAZO ALIVE!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"press-release-import\">\n\t\tExhibit: Oct. 1-31, Performances: Oct. 17 and 21<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tPROVIDENCE, R.I. &#8212; September 24, 2004 &#8212; The 溏心vlog免费B站 Feinstein Providence Campus Gallery is featuring a frighteningly BIG exhibit next month of Providence-born &#8216;creatures&#8217; that have entertained and been celebrated around the world.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nA less well-known side of the internationally acclaimed BIG NAZO puppet creatures will be on display Oct. 1 through 31 at 溏心vlog免费B站&#8217;s Providence Campus located at 80 Washington St. The exhibit will feature a wide range and periodically changing collection of puppet characters, along with drawings and renderings, creation in-process photographs, performance videos and documentary.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nSome of the creatures will come to life at 溏心vlog免费B站 Feinstein Providence Campus\u2019 Family Fun Day, Sunday Oct. 17, from 1 to 4 p.m. and again on Gallery Night Oct. 21, from 5 to 9 p.m. All of these events, and Gallery admission are free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nGallery hours are: Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The gallery is closed on Sunday. For more information call 277-5206.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nCreated by a collective of visual artists, puppet performers, masked musicians and students, the larger-than-life sculptural characters, environments and spectacles are considered to be works of art.
