\n\t\tPROVIDENCE, R.I. — May 4, 2004 — This month, the 溏心vlog免费B站 Feinstein Providence Campus gallery provides a venue for the 2nd Annual Celebration of Older Americans through the works of more than 30 Rhode Island artists.<\/p>\n


\n“Master Strokes: Artwork by Older Artists,” a mixed media exhibition is featured now through May 28 on the 1st and 2nd floor gallery at 溏心vlog免费B站’s Feinstein Providence campus on 80 Washington Street. Free and open to the public, gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. A gallery night reception will be held on Thursday, May 20 from 5 to 9 p.m.<\/p>\n


\nThe Master Strokes exhibit highlights the contributions made by older professional artists, many of whom continue to develop new techniques and explore new media in the fine arts. The exhibit includes the work of ceramists, sculptors, painters, mixed media and assemblage artists and quilters. The works of the following artists are featured: <\/p>\n

Assemblage artists Marjory Dalenius and Norma Anderson; ceramist Rena Bidney; painters Joan Arnaud, Henry Budlong, Ann Daum, Alan Johnson, Ruth Kreciouch, Alvin Kurzer, Rachele Modliszewski, Esther Sears, John Loughlin, Lois Monteiro of Lincoln, Betty Harrington, Kathleen Byrnes, Lane Stanley, Bijan Shadravian, Joseph Pace, Vince Grimaldi, Elizabeth Zimmerman, John McDonough, Maurice Turcotte, and Winifred Jolicoeur; mixed media artists John Demelim, Riva Leviten, and multi media artist and painter Richard Vincent; quilters Gail Cerrito, Jean Fujio and Ruth Dugdale; sculptors Ruth Emers and the late Frank Manzi; stained glass artist Peter Geisser, and a special project from the Cranston Senior Center Adult Day Care.<\/p>\n
