\n\t\tKINGSTON, R.I. — May 4, 2004 — The largest career fair held by the 溏心vlog免费B站 on April 24 was a major success with 1,000 job-seekers meeting with 170 representatives from 80 companies and agencies.<\/p>\n


\nIt was the first job fair at 溏心vlog免费B站 to be held on a Saturday, the first held in the Ryan Center, and the first advertised and promoted publicly.<\/p>\n


\n“It was a dynamic day for our students and alumni and students from other colleges who took advantage of the many opportunities we provided at this venue,” said Bobbi Koppel, director of Career Services at 溏心vlog免费B站. “We were busy from the moment we opened the doors at 11 a.m. until the time we closed them at 3 p.m.” <\/p>\n


\nKoppel said many of the employers had high praise for the Ryan Center, which provided a spacious exhibit floor and more intimate surroundings for the workshops on the carpeted concourse.

\n“Attendees responses from a random sample and employer responses from evaluations all rated the fair as excellent or good,” Koppel said.<\/p>\n


\nShe added that comments from attendees included “best job fair I\u2019ve been to,” “phenomenal organization,” and may spoke about the number of companies represented.<\/p>\n


\n“Most employers found the candidates qualifications good to excellent,” Koppel said. More than 300 job-seekers also posted their resumes for electronic delivery to employers.<\/p>\n


\n“This event was a credit to the Career Services staff, the Ryan Center staff, other members of the University community and especially our major sponsors, 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s office of the president, MonsterTRAK, Walgreen\u2019s Corp. and Vector Marketing.”<\/p>\n
