The event is open to public.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tCo-sponsored by 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Clearinghouse for Volunteers and Model United Nations organization, the &#8220;banquet&#8221; will serve food representing first, second, and third world countries. Mimicking the world food situation, about 60 percent of the diners at the banquet will be served third world food, 25 percent will be served second world food, while 15 percent who represent first world populations will be treated to a catered meal. The point, according to Jamie McNally, coordinator of the Clearinghouse for Volunteer Office, is to visually demonstrate the marked differences in access to food in this world. What participants get to eat will be randomly selected.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tDoreen Holmes, director of St. Patrick\u2019s Meal Kitchen in Providence, is the invited speaker. She will speak from her personal experience serving the hungry.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tImmediately following the dinner, 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Big Band will play lively swing tunes.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tTickets are $4 or $3 with a canned good. Tickets can be purchased at the Clearinghouse office in Room 125 of Roosevelt Hall.
