McGoldrick, senior vice president and chief investment officer for The Washington Trust Co., will discuss the stock market. There is no charge for the program.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tMcGoldrick joined the bank in November 2002 as senior vice president and chief investment officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience in investments and investment advising. She is responsible for overseeing the bank\u2019s investment policy and strategies, and overseeing the Westerly investment group. She also manages her own portfolios. She holds a master of business administration degree from Bryant College and a bachelor\u2019s degree from Trinity College in Washington, D.C.  She is a graduate of the University of Michigan Public Finance Institute and the American Bankers Association School of Bank Investments.
