The contest has continuously been offered to Rhode Island high school students since 1921. More than 350 students from 18 high schools took part in this year\u2019s  program.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tThe competition consists of a 45-question, multiple-choice exam, which must be completed in an hour. Prizes are awarded to the top team and top three individuals in each of two divisions. Division 1 is made up of students with less than one full year of high school chemistry and Division 2 includes students with more than one year of high school chemistry.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tTeams competed in 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Edwards Auditorium. Students who wished to take the test as individual competitors did so in 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Chafee Social Science Center.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe Portsmouth High School team took first prize in Division 1. Luyi Huang of Portsmouth High School captured first prize in the individual contest in the same division. The Bishop Hendricken team took the first place trophy in Division 2. Michael Ding, a student at Barrington High School, took first place in the individual contest in Division 2.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tThe 30 top scorers, who are juniors and live in Rhode Island, have been invited back to campus on June 8 for a playoff contest.
