Titled &#8220;The Truth of the Matter,&#8221; the program features artists from Germany, Japan, and the U.S. who challenge their governments&#8217; actions and policies.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe program will be screened on Wednesday, April 20 at 4 p.m. in Chafee 271, 溏心vlog免费B站 Kingston Campus.  It is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n Curated by Ariella Ben-Dov, MadCat is a highly acclaimed San Francisco-based festival that exhibits independent and experimental films and videos directed by women from around the globe. Each winter and spring, MadCat goes on tour, bringing a program of experimental, documentary and animated short films to the Rhode Island area.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nBen-Dov will be at the screening to answer questions about what it means to curate a women&#8217;s film festival in the 21st century.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe program is sponsored by 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Film Studies Program, English and Art Departments, the Honor&#8217;s Program and Visiting Scholars Committee, and Women&#8217;s Studies Program.
