Fact Checking in the Media\u201d on March 30 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in Room 271 of the Chafee Social Sciences Building on the Kingston campus. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe forum, which is free and open to the public, will explore the procedures and policies that news professionals follow when confirming facts surrounding stories that are presented on television, in print, and on the web. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nPanelists are Scott Allen, news editor, turnto10.com; Betty-Jo Cugini, vice president of news, WJAR, NBC-10; Brian C.
