The lecture is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nTobias received an undergraduate degree in law enforcement and his law degree from Creighton Law School in 1973. He was chief of the Organized Crime Unit, Office of Attorney General, in South Dakota for several years.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nHe has also consulted around the world with government agencies regarding surreptitious entry, surveillance, interrogation, and polygraph, including a two-week course with the internal Security Ministry in Russia, and a week in Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nTobias is the author of five police textbooks including Locks, Safes, and Security: an International Police Reference. He holds several U.S. and foreign patents and is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the American Society for Industrial Security, American Academy of Forensic Scientists, and Association of Firearms and Toolmarks Examiners.
