To be named for the honor, the APAW executive committee takes into consideration the nominator recommendations, how well the individual works for the equity of women, the degree to which she exceeds the requirements of her position, and a review of her r\u00e9sum\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nA $25 registration fee includes hors d\u2019oeuvres, a complimentary beverage, gratuity and tax and a contribution to Swift\u2019s selected charity.
