Opponents of the terminals say that they present environmental and security risks. Roberti\u2019s talk will focus on how LNG terminals are prone to terrorist attacks and what would happen if an attack occurred.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t  Roberti is the chief of the Public Utilities Regulatory Unit of the Department of the Attorney General. The division is responsible for protecting and advocating for those who pay public utilities for services.
