R.I. &#8212; September 25, 2006 &#8212; Special Agent Jeffrey Norwitz of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service will speak at the next session of the 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Forensic Science Seminar on Friday, Oct. 6.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe discussion, titled \u201cTerrorism: Is this the 3rd World War,\u201d is free and open to the public and will take place on the Kingston campus in room 124 of Pastore Hall from 3:30 to 5 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nNorwitz has served with the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service for 22 years.  He has also previously served as a member of the Army Military Police Corps specializing in security of nuclear weapons. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nHe holds a master\u2019s degree in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College in Rhode Island, where he also graduated from the senior officer course.  He now serves as a professor of national security and counterintelligence at the college where he offers the only counterterrorism course available at the institute. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nNorwitz was awarded the Navy\u2019s Meritorious Civilian Service medal in 1994 for his part in the highly classified intelligence effort effecting national security.  He also received a medal in 1998 for his work during Operation Desert Fox. <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KINGSTON.
