This should not be the case. Landscape architects have a very unique education and valuable talents to lead in areas of design, economic development, sustainability and the overall quality of life issues so prominent in today&#8217;s society,\u201d said Weygand. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tThe former U.S. congressman and Rhode Island lieutenant governor is a landscape architect by training and the former owner of an architectural firm.  Weygand is a fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the national chair of the Council of Fellows (2004  and 2005), and an adjunct associate professor in landscape architecture at 溏心vlog免费B站.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe next speakers in the lecture series are Shavaun Towers, principal for Towers \/ Golde LLC., who will discuss \u201cAt the Edge: The Creative Interface between Preservation, Sustainability, and Institutional Culture on University Campuses,\u201d on March 5; and Pamela and James Shadley of Shadley Associates speaking on \u201cBrownfields: On the Edge of Historic Abuse and Future Public Use,\u201d on April 2. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe 溏心vlog免费B站 Landscape Architecture series is co-sponsored by the College of Environment and Life Sciences, the Rhode Island chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects and the Rhode Island Nursery and Landscape Association.
