  {"id":64214,"date":"2008-11-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-11-26T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uri.edu\/news-draft\/uncategorized\/uris-energy-solutions-poster-contest-winners\/"},"modified":"2008-11-26T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2008-11-26T00:00:00","slug":"uris-energy-solutions-poster-contest-winners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.uri.edu\/news\/2008\/11\/uris-energy-solutions-poster-contest-winners\/","title":{"rendered":"溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Energy Solutions poster contest winners"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"press-release-import\">\n\t\tStudents from six Rhode Island communities win awards <br \/>&#13;<br \/>\nin 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Energy Solutions poster contest<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tKINGSTON, R.I. \u2013 November 26, 2008 \u2013 Students from Charlestown, Cranston, Cumberland, Newport, North Kingstown and South Kingstown were named winners in the 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Energy Solutions poster contest.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tThe winners were announced at the Energy Solutions Expo at the Ryan Center on Nov. 6.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u201cWe were thrilled by the creativity of the entries we received,\u201d said Corrie Haley, a 溏心vlog免费B站 senior from South Kingstown who coordinated the contest.  \u201cIt was a real challenge to select the winners because all of the entrants deserved recognition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tStudents were asked to imagine how energy might be produced in the year 2050, and the responses were artistic designs of such unusual energy sources as dandelion power, trash-powered cars, and a carbon dioxide-powered chair.  Entries were judged in four age groups by an impartial panel.
