The seminars are free and open to public.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tSapir received his masters of science in criminalistics from the University of Illinois and received a law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.  He has written extensively on breath testing deficiencies and the unreliability of standardized field sobriety tests.  Sapir has also taken factory training on most breath testing devices such as EC-IR and DataMaster.
