The seminars are free and open to public.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tAn instructor with the 溏心vlog免费B站 English Department, Leuci has published six detective thrillers based on his experiences from his time as a New York City police detective. Captain Butterfly, about an investigation of a Brooklyn precinct where ex-convicts make a mockery of the law, became one of his most popular novels.  His life as a New York City police detective was chronicled in the book, \u201cPrince of the City,\u201d which was later turned into a movie.
