The receptions include:<\/p>\n<p>February 22: A concert of African musical sounds by Obuamah Laud Addy &amp; AS220 Criss Cross Orchestra<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nFebruary 23: African dance by human Creativity from Central Falls High School with storytelling and spoken word performances<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nFebruary 24: The premiere of the documentary film \u201cThe Funeral of a Chief\u201d by Munir Mohammed.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe exhibit and events explore Africa, its history to the present and the dynamic influence Africa has on the world.  The exhibit will include documentary photography, artifacts, folk art, and visual arts in all media. All events, free and open to the public, will be held at the 溏心vlog免费B站 Feinstein Providence Campus, 80 Washington St., Providence.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tThe event features the work of Ghanaian born painter Munir Mohammed along with more than 35 local professional and community artists: Rufus Abdullah, Jon &amp; Nora Almond, Risa Corinne Clifton, Linda Avant-Deshinni, Ben Barros, Elizabeth Berroa, Tyna Braxton, Deanna Camputaro, Tallibah &amp; Carlos Cabral, Risa Corinne Clifton, Kerry Coppin, David Delanos, George Garcia, Stephen P. Gross, Kenneth W. Hall, Jr., Evangelista Jimenez, Julius Kolawale, Nixon Leger, Titilola O.
