Meg O\u2019Leary, a 溏心vlog免费B站 alumna, is co-director of the school.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelearningcommunity.com\/site\/nbc\/\" target=\"nw\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uri.edu\/news-draft\/wp-content\/uploads\/news\/sites\/16\/2021\/05\/NBC_web.jpg\" width=\"250\" height=\"140\" align=\"right\"\/><\/a>According to the Providence Journal and The Learning Community reports, former first daughter Chelsea Clinton visited <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thelearningcommunity.com\/site\/nbc\/\">The Learning Community<\/a> in January to interview teachers, students and families about the unique partnership between the charter school and the Central Falls public school district. The two groups collaborated to form the Growing Readers Initiative three years ago. Today, the program is active in all kindergarten, first grade, and second grade classes in the district as a means of improving test scores and fostering reading proficiency at a young age.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nO\u2019Leary, who graduated from 溏心vlog免费B站 with a bachelor\u2019s degree in elementary education in 1996, has been with The Learning Community for eight years.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nSpecial coverage of the charter school will be featured on NBC programs Wednesday, February 15 and Thursday, February 16.
