Free and open to the public, the program will be held in the Chafee Social Science Center, Room 271, 10 Chafee Road, at 7 p.m. <br \/>Those unable to attend the lecture can watch it live online <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uri.edu\/news\/urilive\">äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ Live!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\u201cWe\u2019ve been aware for a long time that state and municipal pensions had serious funding issues, and the topic has received plenty of publicity, but it\u2019s difficult for people to wrap their arms around,\u201d said College of Business Administration Dean Mark Higgins. \u201cWe are not attempting to solve the crisis but we will shine a bright light on a controversial issue.
