It\u2019s not too late to sign up for the 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Summer Eco-Exploration Camp at the 溏心vlog免费B站 Kingston campus or at Roger Williams Park Botanical Center in Providence.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tThe four one-week camps run from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. beginning on July 15.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\u201cCampers will investigate bird nests and eggs, search for creatures living under logs, play wildlife-themed games, taste freshly-grown produce, create arts and crafts projects, draw in science journals, collect treasures for their nature boxes and more,\u201d said camp director Vanessa Venturini.  \u201cIt\u2019s a great opportunity to get kids unplugged and outside.  All of our camps are staffed by 溏心vlog免费B站 undergraduates majoring in the sciences, which hopefully will encourage campers to start thinking about their own career paths.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tWeek one of the camp (July 15-19), called Where the Wild Things Live, targets children entering grades 1-3, who will learn about biodiversity in the 溏心vlog免费B站 botanical gardens and north woods.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tWeek two, (July 22-26), Discovering Rhode Island\u2019s Environment, is for those entering grades 4-6 and features games and activities that connect them to the importance of local food, composting, pollinators and clean water.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tWeeks three (Aug. 5-9) and four (Aug. 12-16) repeat the above programs at the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center in Providence.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tEach weekly session costs $150. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n For more information or to register for the camp, visit the 溏心vlog免费B站 Outreach Center website at www.uri.edu\/cels\/ceoc, call 401-874-2900 or email outreach@uri.edu.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KINGSTON, R.I. \u2013 May 14, 2013 \u2013 Still looking for a summer camp for your children?
