We decided to put the engaged communication that took place in the classroom into action,\u201d Fonseca said.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe students will walk in the American Cancer Society\u2019s 2012 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Providence, R.I. Sunday, Oct. 21 at 8:15 a.m.  The students will be joined by parents, friends, teammates and coworkers to lace up their sneakers to honor, pay tribute, and raise money to save lives.  To foster a sense of teamwork, pink team shirts bearing the Harrington School\u2019s name will be worn.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe Harrington School has donated the shirts, and has made a donation, which Fonseca is working hard to match.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\u201cHowever, we are looking for more assistance in this area,\u201d Fonseca said.  \u201cYour donation saves lives by helping people get and stay well, and assists in finding cures for all types of cancer.
