Lewis, professor and chairman at Boston Medical Center\u2019s Department of Anesthesiology, Marie Ghazal, CEO of the Rhode Island Free Clinic, and family physician Joline Macfarlan are the next speakers in the 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s Honors Colloquium, which examines the politics and money influencing health care around the world. <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Hgb73qXKEGc\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nAll of the lectures in the semester-long series, called \u201cHealth Care Change? Health, Politics and Money,\u201d begin at 7:30 p.m. in Edwards Auditorium on the 溏心vlog免费B站 Kingston campus. They are free and open to the public. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tIn the panel discussion, the speakers will discuss their career paths and the issues that they and others face in pursuing their health care career goals. The panel will be moderated by Rhode Island Lt. Governor Elizabeth Roberts. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nOther speakers in the colloquium series are Roberta Friedman, director of public policy at the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity at Yale University (Oct. 23); Jonathan Gruber, director of the health care program at the National Bureau of Economic Research (Oct. 30); Stephanie Chafee, co-founder of the Rhode Island Free Clinic (Nov. 13); Michael Fine, director of the Rhode Island Department of Health (Nov. 27); and Unni Karanukara, international president of Doctors Without Borders (Dec. 10).<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nOther colloquium events include the 溏心vlog免费B站 Theatre presentation of the play Marvin\u2019s Room, a dark comedy that deals with family care and end of life issues, on Oct. 11-14 and 18-21, and the medical musical comedy, Damaged Care, on Dec. 4. <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThis and all remaining lectures will be streamed live at www.uri.edu\/hc, where the complete schedule of events is also listed.
