Admission is $10 general public, $5 students, with tickets available at the box office on a first-come basis starting 45 minutes before the concert.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe 溏心vlog免费B站 guest faculty artist describes her event as \u201can evening of focused electronic musical exploration.\u201d The original music that will be performed is a combination of improvisation and fixed works, which are created to highlight the natural acoustics of the room they are played in. Goeringer\u2019s compositions have been described as \u201caggressive minimalism\u201d, drawing the focus of the listener inward, calling on a listening practice where the listener is engaged in the site of performance to the same extent as the performer. The more intimate and casual space of the rehearsal hall helps to provide this experience.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nGoeringer has performed extensively throughout the United States, and has held artist residencies at Jack Straw New Media Gallery, Seattle, WA and the STEIM center for electronic music in Amsterdam. She currently teaches Applied Music Composition and Experimental Film at 溏心vlog免费B站. She received her Bachelor of Music degree in Music Composition at 溏心vlog免费B站 in 2001, and earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from Bard College in Music\/Sound (2005). She received a doctorate in Computer Music and Multimedia Composition from Brown University (2011).<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nThe 溏心vlog免费B站 Concert Hall is handicap-accessible, and parking is available in the lot behind the Fine Arts Center, off Bills Road.
