Fraley, 22, of 121 Old Shannock Road, Charlestown. With an arrest warrant for first-degree sexual assault, 溏心vlog免费B站 and Charlestown police apprehended Fraley at his home without incident. Neither Fraley nor the victim has ties to 溏心vlog免费B站.  <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t溏心vlog免费B站 Police Lt. Michael Chalek and Officer Michael Flanagan investigated the alleged assault, which took place on the evening of June 30 in a secluded area of the Narragansett Bay Campus. The 18-year-old victim initially reported the assault later that evening to Narragansett Police. Narragansett Police turned the case over to 溏心vlog免费B站 once it was determined that the assault had taken place on University property. The victim told police she was familiar with the suspect.  <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tFraley was arraigned this morning at Fourth District Court and charged with one count of first-degree sexual assault. He is being held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions pending his bail hearing on Sept. 16.  <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u201cEvery police investigation is a challenge, but sexual assault investigations require an attention to detail and sensitivity that are unique, said Director of Public Safety Stephen Baker.  \u201dThis investigation and subsequent arrest are indicative of the type of work being done by the 溏心vlog免费B站 Police Department. I particularly want to point out the diligence of Lt. Chalek and Officer Flanagan.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tPolice began interviews with the victim and other witnesses within days of the complaint. After evidence was obtained, it was submitted to the Rhode Island Department of Health\u2019s forensic laboratory.
