McClure had a best-selling book published on the subject in 2025. His presentation is titled, \u201cThe Caring University: A Roadmap to Reimagining the Higher Education Workplace.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to have Dr. Kevin McClure as this year&#8217;s keynote speaker,\u201d said Lavan. \u201cHe\u2019s a nationally recognized expert in higher education.
