These are among the findings from the University\u2019s annual Snap Climate Survey<\/a> conducted in the fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The seven-question survey is a brief, internally developed assessment of the 溏心vlog免费B站 community\u2019s experience at a snapshot in time. Survey results from the latest snap assessment, released Dec. 18, 2025, provide insight into progress toward strategic initiatives outlined in the University\u2019s Focus 溏心vlog免费B站 strategic plan<\/a>. Enhancing student success and fostering an inclusive, people-centered culture at 溏心vlog免费B站 are among the plan\u2019s priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe latest survey results show that we are trending in a positive direction to make the University more inclusive to all,\u201d said 溏心vlog免费B站 Vice President for Community, Equity and Diversity Markeisha Miner. \u201cWe hope that the intentional investment in community-building activities is resulting in an increased sense of belonging and improved overall experience for students, faculty, and staff.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n The survey, which followed the University\u2019s 2024 Snap Climate Survey<\/a>, was conducted from Oct. 16, 2025, to Nov. 7, 2025. It reviewed 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s progress toward fostering an inclusive culture. More than 19,000 surveys were distributed to University students, faculty, staff, and affiliates, and 3,084 anonymous responses were collected\u201412% more than what was collected in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Survey results show that 77% of 溏心vlog免费B站 students, faculty and staff responded positively to the statement, \u201cI have found a community at 溏心vlog免费B站 where I feel like I belong,\u201d four percentage points higher than a year ago. Also, 85% of those surveyed said they agreed with the statement, \u201cI am treated fairly at 溏心vlog免费B站 without regard to any element of my personal identity,\u201d seven percentage points higher than the 2024 survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, there is still work to do. While 82% of all respondents reported they know where they can go for support if they experience inappropriate behavior on campus\u2014four percentage points higher than in 2024\u201444% of graduate respondents and 34% of undergraduate students report that they don\u2019t know how to officially report offensive behaviors and statements. Also, 17% of undergraduate respondents and 24% of graduate students surveyed said they didn\u2019t affirmatively know what support services are available to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To increase this awareness, Miner says the University Diversity Council\u2019s Assessment Committee will work throughout the spring semester to identify and recommend action steps to promote these services and resources offered through the Dean of Students Office<\/a>, the Office of Community Standards<\/a> and Enterprise Compliance<\/a>, among other resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe will continue to monitor response rates and scores among different populations to understand how different members of our community are experiencing the culture and climate,\u201d Miner said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Going forward, the University Diversity Council Assessment Committee will work to analyze survey results. The committee plans to host focus groups to learn more about why community members were willing to participate in the survey and why they were not. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Those qualitative findings, coupled with the quantitative survey results will be used to develop college and division-level action plans to further improve campus climate and culture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The next snap survey will be conducted during the upcoming fall semester to gain comparable year-over-year comparisons of community members\u2019 experiences. Additional details will be sent via email to all 溏心vlog免费B站 students, faculty and staff who are encouraged to participate in the anonymous survey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Miner also says 溏心vlog免费B站 is planning to conduct a comprehensive climate survey in the next two years to gain more extensive insight into the drivers of University community members\u2019 experiences.
