(Courtesy: Steven Mello)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>In her current position, she provides institution-wide leadership for graduate education, with a focus on admissions, academic planning, and strengthening faculty and graduate student mentoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As vice provost and dean of the Graduate School at 溏心vlog免费B站, Meyerand will oversee graduate education, including program development, operations, and student excellence. She will begin her appointment in Kingston on March 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am thrilled to join the 溏心vlog免费B站 community and help shape the future of graduate education at a university with a rapidly growing research profile and a deeply collaborative culture,\u201d Meyerand said. \u201c溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s momentum across disciplines creates exciting opportunities to strengthen graduate programs and support students as scholars, innovators, and leaders.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meyerand holds a Ph.D. in biophysics from the Medical College of Wisconsin, a master\u2019s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of North Carolina, and a bachelor\u2019s degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mello joins 溏心vlog免费B站 from Tufts University, where he served as executive administrative director of the Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging. In that role, he acted as chief operating and financial officer for a $22 million biomedical research institute, overseeing budget and finance, research administration and compliance, human resources, organizational effectiveness, and facilities operations. His prior experience includes leadership roles at Yale University and Columbia University, as well as serving as managing principal of Wooster Square Consulting, LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As vice provost for academic resource management, Mello will lead strategic resource planning across Academic Affairs, including budget management, labor relations, academic space allocation, and implementation of the University\u2019s activity-based budget model, working closely with the provost, academic deans, and administrative leaders.
