Owned by the National Science Foundation and operated by 溏心vlog免费B站\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/web.uri.edu\/gso\/\">Graduate School of Oceanography<\/a> under a Charter Party Agreement, the ship was first launched in 1975.
