Candidates engage in fieldwork embedded in their school settings and benefit from personalized mentorship and a curriculum grounded in real-world practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a clear need for school leaders who are prepared to handle the real challenges facing today\u2019s schools\u2014academic recovery, staff support, policy implementation, and community engagement. Many aspiring leaders are looking for a program that\u2019s flexible, grounded in practice, and aligned with certification.
