She then starred as \u201cValentina\u201d in the Emmy-winning series <a href=\"https:\/\/therokuchannel.roku.com\/lp\/spiderwick\">The Spiderwick Chronicles<\/a>, which debuted in 2024 to record-breaking numbers on Roku.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loberti is also a UNICEF Ambassador, focusing on children\u2019s literacy and on global response to the climate crisis. This fall, she is releasing a children\u2019s picture book with Scholastic Publishing called, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Am-Ingrid-Adventures-Worlds-Greatest\/dp\/1546147551\">I Am Ingrid.<\/a>\u201d For her, truth is something that must be approached with humility. The first step is being able to admit that you might not know something and that finding the truth is rarely simple. She says it often requires looking at multiple perspectives, questioning one\u2019s own biases and being able to learn more. Loberti admits that this can sometimes be uncomfortable but that it\u2019s important to be comfortable sitting in that discomfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFinding the balance between my emotional sensitivity, empathy, and academic training has been the single most valuable skill I have developed as I\u2019ve made the transition from academic to actor,\u201d says Loberti. \u201cI\u2019ve only been able to accomplish this by finding my own truth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is TEDx?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx.
